Weekend Retro Revival

For this weekends Retro Revival, I proudly present Rock Me Tonight For Old Times Sake by Freddie Jackson. This song was hot at the time I was dating my first boyfriend. I recall him making me a mixtape with a bunch of songs on it including this gem. And while hearing it doesn't necessarily conjure up a ton of emotional memories of our relationship, he does pop into my head for a split second when it comes up on my playlist. But mostly these current days, I enjoy it for the Freddie's great vocals and the songs smooth groove and melody. Most certainly one of my favs. Enjoy!!
